D D Designs gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for full refund within 30 days of original purchase. All returns require an RMA number (see details below). Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
After 30 days of original purchase, D D Designs will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).
Non returnable items: Special order merchandise is custom made upon order and is non-returnable and non-refundable. Special orders have a 50% cancellation fee, if the order is cancelled more than 24 hours after placement. Opened bedding is also non-returnable.

It’s best to insure your package; if it doesn’t arrive, we can’t issue a refund.
If the product is in satisfactory condition we will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card you used for your original purchase within 30 days of receiving the package.
