Soft Classy Piano gladly accepts returns of defective merchandise for full refund within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
After 30 days of original purchase, Soft Classy Piano will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).
