Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. In the case of defective merchandise or if the wrong merchandise was shipped, Paper & Roses may refund shipping charges, at its discretion. After 30 days of original purchase, Paper & Roses will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt). Non returnable items: Special order merchandise is custom made upon order and is non-returnable and non-refundable. Special orders have a 50% cancellation fee if the order is cancelled more than 24 hours after placement. Opened merchandise such as napkins, guest towels and paper plates is also non-returnable.
